Why Maple Scale

We started Maple Scale after seeing firsthand how broken most consulting experiences had become.

With over 10 years of hands-on marketing experience between us, we spent years working inside corporations that relied heavily on large, overseas consulting firms. Time and again, we watched simple initiatives turn into long, expensive projects. Launches were delayed, costs piled up, and solutions became more complex than the problems they were meant to solve.

These firms rarely worked closely with internal teams. Instead of fixing root issues, they built on top of outdated systems and added unnecessary layers — often creating dependency rather than clarity.

The result was predictable: solutions that were difficult to manage, slow to deliver, and far more expensive than they needed to be. Billable hours kept growing, but real value didn’t.
